HailOnRecord ("we," "us") compiles publicly available government weather records into formatted reports at your request. Reports are provided for informational and documentation purposes only. We are not meteorologists, insurers, adjusters, or attorneys; reports are not certified forensic opinions and are not insurance or legal advice. We make no representation about the outcome of any invoice, claim, or dispute in which a report is used.
Reports reflect the contents of public data sources (NOAA, NWS, and affiliated observation networks) at the time of generation. Observation coverage varies by location; the absence of a nearby record does not establish that weather did not occur. We do not alter source data, and we cite sources in every report.
Purchases are one-time fees processed by our merchant of record, delivered immediately. If a report fails to generate or contains a generation error on our part, contact us for a corrected report or a refund. Because delivery is instant, change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change when we do.
